1. Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital products or downloadable services
- Customized or personalized orders
- Items marked as final sale
3. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you still have issues, contact us directly at SAADEEDAUUDI@outlook.com.
5. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with proof (photo) of the damaged item.
6. Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
